Exercise - Back Kick




Do not arch the back or rotate the leg.

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side, bend the bottom knee to 90 degrees and keep the top knee straight with toes pointing forward and arms relaxed.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the buttock of the top leg and kick back maintaining the knee straight. Breathe in, leg back to starting position.Repeat.
