Exercise - Ball Press With Thumb

DIRECTIONS

Position : Sit
Sit, elevate the arm by the side and bend the elbow to 90 degrees, hold a ball between the thumb and index finger.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the ball between the thumb and index finger. Breathe in, release the squeeze. Repeat and switch the ball placement in between other fingers.
