Exercise - Bend Over Row with Dumbbells




Do not arch the back or round/shrug the shoulders or release the chin tuck.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip width apart, bend the knees to 15 degrees, bend forward through the hip such that trunk is parallel to the floor, arms towards the floor holding dumbbell in each hand Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.


Form & Movement
Breathe out, bend the elbow away from the floor and squeezing the blades. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
