Exercise - Bend Over Row with Resistance Tube




Do not arch the back or round/shrug the shoulders.


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip width apart, bend the knees to 15 degrees, bend forward through the hip such that trunk is parallel to the floor, arms towards the floor holding either ends of the resistance tube with the center of the tube under the feet.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, pull the theraband by bending the elbow away from the floor and squeezing the blades. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
