DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, bend the knees to 15 degrees, bend forward through the hips such that trunk is parallel to the floor, arms by the side holding two ends of the theraband with center of the band under the feet.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the blades pull the theraband towards the ceiling by bending the elbow away from the trunk by 90 degrees. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
