Exercise - Bilateral Heel Raise with Inversion




Do not lean on the chair or lock/bend the knees or move the foot/toes

Model: Lobo


Position : Stand
Stand facing the back rest of a chair with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward, place one finger on the back rest for the support/balance if needed.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, move both the feet inwards such that toes are pointing towards each other. Breathe out, lift the heels off the floor. Breathe in,lower the heels back to the starting position. Repeat.
