Exercise - Bottom Leg Lift




Do not arch the back or bend the knee of the bottom leg

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side with legs straight forward, bend the top knee and rest it on the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and core set. Breathe out, lift the bottom leg off the floor keeping the knee straight and toes pointing forward. Breathe in, lower the leg to starting position. Repeat.
