DIRECTIONS

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side, arms by the side, bend the hips-knees to 90-90 degrees and loop the theraband above the knees.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the buttock of the top leg and lift the knee up towards the ceiling without separating the feet. Breathe in, lower the knee to starting position.
