Exercise - Claw Hand Ball Squeeze


Correct form


Position : Sit
Sit, bend the elbow and elevate the arm by the side to 90 degrees, grip the ball with the tips of the fingers.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the ball with the finger tips. Hold. Breathe in, release the squeeze. Repeat.
