Exercise - Elbow Touches against Wall




Do not shrug/round the shoulders or arch the back.

Position : Stand
Stand againt the wall, hands behind the head, elbows facing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and core set. Breathe in, squeeze the blades and move the elbows away from each other towards the wall. Breathe out, move elbow back to starting position. Repeat.
