Exercise - Elbow Wall Push




Do not arch/round the back.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart against the wall, bend the elbow to 90 degrees.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the blades, push the elbows against the wall. Hold. Breathe in, release the push and back to starting position. Repeat.
