Exercise - Finger Abduction




Do not bend or lock the fingers or move the wrist.

Position : Sit
Sit, rest the forearm on the arm rest such that palm facing towards the floor, move the wrist towards the ceiling with fingers together.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the fingers away from each other. Breathe in, move the fingers towards each other. Repeat.
