Exercise - Finger Ball Press

 

Correct form

DIRECTIONS

Position : Sit
Sit, elevate the arm by the side, elbow bend to 90 degree, grip a smiley ball with the pad of fingers on the top and thumb on the bottom of the ball.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the ball by pressing the pad of fingers and thumb towards each other. Hold. Breathe in, release the squeeze. Repeat.
