Exercise - Finger Extension




Do not bend the fingers or move the wrist

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, place the forearm and the palm resting on the arm rest of the chair with palm facing towards the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift the index finger towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the finger to the starting position. Repeat the motion alternating the fingers.
