Exercise - Finger Flexion with Rubber Band




Do not bend the fingers or move other fingers or move the wrist.

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm and the palm on the arm rest with fingers pointing forwards and palm facing towards the ceiling, loop a rubber band on one finger and hold it with another hand below the finger.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the finger towards the ceiling against the resistance of rubber band. Breathe in, lower the finger back to the starting position. Repeat for all the fingers.
