Exercise - Finger Flexion




Do not fold the fingers or move the wrist

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm and the palm on the arm rest with fingers pointing forwards and palm facing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the finger towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the finger back to the starting position. Repeat for all the fingers.
