Exercise - Front Forearm And Wrist Stretch




Do not bend the elbow or twist the wrist.

Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees, moving the hand towards the ceiling such that palm facing forward, fold your fingers, place another hand on the fingers.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and blades set. Breathe out, using the other hand move the hand further towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch on forearm facing the floor. Hold. Release the stretch.
