Exercise - Front Neck Stretch




Do not release the chin tuck or round the shoulders forward.

Position : Stand
Sit/stand and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, side bend the neck to one side, rotate it to the opposite side and look up. Feel for the stretch in the front of the neck on the opposite side. Breathe in, back to starting position.
