Exercise - Hammer Curl with Dumbbell




Do not shrug the shoulders or arch the back.

Position : Stand
Stand, arms by the side holding a dumbbells and thumbs pointing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the elbows as much as possible such that the thumb is pointing towards the ceiling. Breathe in, straighten it to starting position. Repeat.
