Exercise - Heel Slide using Towel




Do not arch the back, rotate the hips or lift the heel off the floor.

Position : Supine
Sit with legs straight forward, loop a towel around the foot and hold either ends with hands.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, pulling the towel slide the heel towards the buttocks. Breathe in, slide the heel back to starting position. Repeat.
