Exercise - Jump Squat




Do not arch/round the back or lean forward/backward or land with knees locked.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, bend both knees to 30 degrees as if trying to sit back on the chair. Breathe out, generating power, straighten the knees and squeeze the buttocks to jump up in the air. Land on the feet with knees bend to 30 degrees. Repeat.
