Exercise - Knee Flexion with Theraband




Do not arch the back or lean forward or move the hand holding the theraband or rotate the leg


Position : Sit
Sit on the chair with one leg straight forward, elevate one hand forward to 90 degrees holding one end of the theraband and the other end tied on the straightened leg just above the ankle.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the knee against the resistance of the theraband. Breathe in, straighten the knee back to starting position. Repeat.
