Do not lean forward/backward or lift your knee off the table.

Position : Sit
Sit on the table with feet on the floor, straighten one knee and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, bend the knee towards the floor. Breathe in, straighten the knee to starting position. Repeat.
