Exercise - Knee Raise with Theraband




Do not move your trunk or arch your back or rotate the leg.


Position : Sit
Sit on a stool with feet on the floor, tie one end of a theraband to a leg just above the ankle and other end to the stable surface behind that leg.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, pull the band by straightening the knee such that toes pointing towards the ceiling. Breathe in, bend the knee to starting position. Repeat.
