Exercise - Leg Roll-Up




Do not arch the back or bend the knees.

Model: Lobo


Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side with legs straight forward and toes pointing forward, bend the top knee and place the foot in front of the other knee.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, roll the bottom hip such that toes point towards the ceiling. Breathe in, roll back to starting position. Repeat.
