Exercise - Lunge Twist

DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, elevate the arms forward to 90 degrees, take a step forward such that feet pointing forward.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, lower the body towards the floor by bending the knee and rotate the trunk to one side. Breathe out, un-twist the trunk and squeeze the buttocks and return back to standing position. Repeat.
