Exercise - Medicine Ball Toss up




Do not shrug/round the shoulders or arch the back


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart holding a medicine ball.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, look up and toss the ball towards the ceiling. Repeat.
