Exercise - Pectoral Stretch with Hand behind Head




Do not shrug the shoulders or lower the elbows

Position : Stand
Stand, hands behind the head and elbows facing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, open the elbows and feel for the stretch in front of the chest/shoulder. Hold. Breathe out, elbows back to starting position.
