Exercise - Pen Lift with Toes




Do not hold in between 2 toes.

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair with toes pointing forward, place a pencil in front of the foot.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, grab the pencil by curling all the toes and lift the foot off the floor. Breathe in, release the pencil. Repeat.
