Exercise - Pillow Squeeze with Knees




Do not move the feet or arch the back


Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet in the floor and knees bend, place a pillow in between the bend knees, cross the arm over the chest.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, press the pillow with your knees. Hold. Breathe in, release the press. Repeat.
