DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip width apart, hands close to the opposite pocket/hip holding a dumbbell, elbows bend and thumb facing the body.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, straighten the elbow, rotate the forearm such that thumb pointing towards the ceiling and diagonally elevate the arm to the same side of the shoulder. Breathe out, bend the elbow, rotate the forearm and lower the arm to starting position. Repeat.
