Exercise - Pronation with Elbow Flexed




Do not move the wrist or lift the elbow off the arm rest.

Position : Sit
Sit, rest the forearm on the arm rest with thumb facing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and blades set. Breathe out, move the forearm towards the body such that palm facing the floor. Breathe in, rotate the forearm back to starting position. Repeat.
