Exercise - Prone Hip Internal-External Rotation with Knee Flexed




Do not lift the hip off the floor or arch the back.

Position : Prone
Lie on the stomach, bend the knees to 90 degrees such that feet facing the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the hip such that the foot moves away from the body, back to the centre and outwards away from the body. Breathe out, back to starting position. Repeat.
