Exercise - Prone Knee Extension




Do not arch the back or rotate the legs.

Position : Prone
Lie on the stomach, bend one knee to 90 degrees such that foot pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, straighten the bend knee towards the floor. Breathe in, bend the knee back to starting position. Repeat.
