Exercise - Prone Ts




Do not arch the back or round/shrug the shoulders

Position : Prone
Lie on the stomach, arm by the side off the table towards the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain a chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the blades lift the arm towards the ceiling with thumb pointing towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the arm towards the floor. Repeat.
