Exercise - Radial Deviation in Gravity Eliminated




Do not bend/straight the wrist or move the forearm

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, place the forearm on the arm rest such that hand is off the arm rest, palm facing towards the floor and make a fist.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand towards you. Breathe in, move the hand back to starting position. Repeat.
