Exercise - Scalene Stretch




Do not release the chin tuck or round/shrug the shoulders

Position : Stand
Stand with arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, side bend and rotate the head in the same direction and look up towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch in the front of the neck in the opposite direction of head motion. Hold. Breathe in, back to starting position.
