Exercise - Shoulder Pendulum Side-Side with Dumbbell




Do not arch/round the back or release chin tuck or shrug shoulders.

Position : Stand
Stand facing a chair with one leg forward, hold a dumbbell in one hand and lean slightly on the chair.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, hang the arm holding the dumbbell towards the floor and move it side to side. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
