Exercise - Shoulder Scaption Isometric near Wall




Do not shrug/round the shoulder.

Position : Stand
Stand next to the wall, arm by the side, elevate the arm towards the wall corner at 30 degree angle such that the fist is touching the wall.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, further elevate the arm against the wall. Hold. Release the push. Repeat.
