Exercise - Shoulder Superior-Posterior Capsule Stretch




Do not shrug/round the shoulders, arch the back or move the trunk.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side, place a towel roll under the armpit.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, move the arm as if trying to reach the opposite hip from front. Using the other hand, pull the arm in the same direction of motion. Feel for the stretch in the back of the shoulder. Hold. Release the pull.
