Exercise - Side Kick with Theraband




Do not arch the back or bend the trunk or rotate the hip.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart such that toes pointing forward, tie one end of the resistance tube to the leg just above the ankle and the other end to the stable surface on the opposite side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the leg away from the other leg pulling the tube. Breathe in, move the leg back to starting position. Repeat.
