DIRECTIONS

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side with knees straight forward and toes pointing forward, loop the theraband around the legs just above the ankles.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the buttocks, lift the top leg towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the leg to starting position. Repeat.
