Exercise - Single Leg Stand with Trunk Twist holding Ball




Do not arch/round the back, or bend/lock the other knee or lean in any direction

Position : Stand
Stand, lift one leg off the floor, elevate both arm forward to 90 degrees holding a medicine ball.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, maintianing the balance on one leg, twist the trunk from one side to other moving the arms in either direction keeping the elbows straight. Repeat.
