Exercise - Sitting Heel Slide




Do not lean forward or lift the buttock off the chair or rotate the foot

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair with one leg straight and other foot on the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck,blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the straighten knee by sliding the heel towards the chair. Breathe in, straighten the knee to starting position by sliding the heel away from the chair. Repeat.
