Exercise - Stand Knee Flexion




Do not arch the back or lean on the chair or bend the hip

Position : Stand
Stand facing the chair with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward, place one finger on the back rest of the chair for balance/support if required.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck,blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the knee such that both knees are touching each other. Breathe in, straighten the knee to starting position. Repeat.
