Exercise - Standing Row with Resistance Tube


Correct form


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, elevate both arms forward to 45 degrees hold either ends of the therband with the center passing through a stable surface in front.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the blades towards each other and towards the floor by pull the arm behind against the theraband resistance and bending the elbow. Breathe in, release the pull and back to starting position. Repeat.
