Exercise - Standing Shoulder Flexion with Theraband




Do not arch the back, shrug shoulders or bend the elbow.


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side holding one end of the theraband and the other end under the foot on the same side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees pulling the theraband. Breathe in, lower the arm to starting position. Repeat.
