Exercise - Standing Shoulder Internal Rotation using Cane




Do not bend or straighten the elbow or move the elbow away from the trunk

Position : Stand
Stand, arm by the side, bend the elbow forward to 90 degrees holding either ends of a cane such that hand facing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the assistance of a cane and other hand rotate the arm towards you. Breathe in, rotate the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
