Exercise - Supine Knee Bend using other Leg




Do not arch the back or rotate the leg or foot.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with legs straight forward and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Lock the unaffected leg over the affected leg. Breathe out, bend the affected knee using the assistance of the other leg. Breathe in, slide the heel back to starting position by straightening the knee. Repeat.
