Exercise - Supine Shoulder Abduction using other Hand




Do not arch the back or round/shrug the shoulders

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor, arm by the side placed on the towel roll, using the other hand hold the forearm just above the wrist.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the assistance of the other hand, elevate the arm overhead by the side. Breathe in, lower the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
